Guarantee
We stand by our products and service. At any point if you are unhappy with the quality of an item you ordered, simply mail it back and we will refund your money, no questions asked. The quality and accuracy of your order is important to us. Each order is individually packaged when received in order to insure that the herbs and spices retain their maximum freshness and strength. We aim to ship out within 24 hours.
Minimum Wholesale Order is $50.00
Orders under $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 surcharge. In order to avoid a fee, we encourage you to find a friend or form a co-op buying group and combine orders so that you can take advantage of our bulk wholesale prices. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed PER POUND unless otherwise indicated. Price incentives are given at the 3, 5, 10 and 25lb levels. Call for further bulk pricing. All prices are subject to change without notice. While we do our best to adhere to our catalog pricing, there may be occasions when an item has changed dramatically and it is necessary that we raise the price. Products offered are subject to availability. If you order by telephone, we will be able to confirm availability and pricing at the time of your order.
Placing An Order
- Telephone: Call 603-924-2210 or 1-800-541-6900 M-F 8am-5pm to place your order. After hours, feel free to leave your name and number and we’ll contact you for your order. Returning customers are welcome to leave their orders on the message (don’t forget your name or business.)

Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card at the point of sale.
- Credit terms can be established if you are a new customer. Please ask for a credit application.
- For established customers, credit terms are NET 10 days. Any invoices which remain open after 30 days are subject to a 2% service charge. Orders for accounts which have a prior balance will not be shipped unless prior arrangements have been made with the credit department. There will be a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks and all future payments must be made by certified check, money order or credit card.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is FOB from our New Hampshire warehouse. Each order is packaged when the order is received and goes through two checkpoints to insure accuracy. Orders under 200 lbs. will be shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, your zone and a $3.00 handling fee. Please inform us if a shipment is being delivered to a residential address as this affects shipping costs. Be sure to include the full street address to insure proper delivery. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Customer Order Pick-Up
Orders may be picked up at our Harrisville, NH shop between 8 and 5 Monday through Friday. Please give us 24 hours notice so that we have time to prepare your order.
