​Chicken w/Curried Yogurt Sauce


Ingredients:​​
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 7-8 oz. container of plain yogurt
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tbls. Attar Curry Powder
  • 1 Tbls. Attar Baharat Blend
  • 1 Tbls. Salt
  • Butter or Butter Olive Oil
  • 1 Large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Golden Raisins

​​​​Directions:
​
Brown the chicken in butter & cook through.Remove from pan.

Saute the onions & raisins in butter until the onion are translucent.

Mix the yogurt, curry powder, Baharat seasoning & salt to make a marinade.

Add the marinade to the onions & raisins and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes.

Place the chicken on top of the marinade so you can enjoy the crisp on the chicken.
 
Serve with rice. ​​Enjoy!​
