Asian Pork Lettuce Cups
Super easy one pan dish
Use a 12" non-stick fry pan over medium/high heat. Add olive oil the ground pork or chicken. Cook until light brown. Remove and drain on paper towels and set aside.
In the same pan, add the garlic oil, ginger, garlic & all the veggies & sprinkle 1 Tbls.Thai Ginger Citrus Blend. Sauté until tender crisp.
Add cooked meat back to the pan with veggies and lower the heat. Add second Tbsp Thai Ginger Citrus Blend and sauce mixture toss and cook until liquid has evaporated.
Spoon into lettuce cups. Top with peanuts and chopped parsley or cilantro.
Serve hot or cold
