- 1 Loaf of Bread Shed Ciabatta Bread
- 2 +/- cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Large Onion, Diced
- 4 Celery Stalks, Diced
- 2 Tbl Attar Stuffing Herbs Blend
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 2-3 Tbl Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil or (Baklouti Green Chili Pepper Olive Oil for a spicy stuffing)
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large skillet over medium heat add enough MOV Olive Oil of choice (about 1 TBL spoon) to fully coat the bottom. Add onion, celery and NH spice stuffing blend. Cook over medium-low until tender (do not brown) about 10-12 Minutes.
Place bread cubes in a large bowl. Add onion mixture. Pour broth overtop until cubes are moist (but not soggy) and gently toss. You may not need all the broth or might need just a little more. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture in a serving dish and generously coat the top with MOV olive oil of choice.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes and enjoy!!
