Backyard Grilled Short Ribs
Rub all surfaces of meat generously with the rub.
Place ribs in a dish in a single layer. Cover and chill the ribs in the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place ribs on grill rack and turn heat to medium (375 degrees F to 400 degrees F) and lower lid. Cook each side about 6-7 minutes, until charred.
Turn over and cook other side. Don’t overcook or ribs will be chewy.
