Granite State Garlic & Pepper Steak


Ingredients:
  • 2 Pounds New York Strip, Rib-Eye or Flank Steak
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Attar Granite State Garlic & Pepper Blend
  • 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (or your favorite Infused Olive Oil)​​​​

Pork Chops w/Musard Sauce
Directions:
Mix Granite State Garlic & Pepper Blend, olive oil and red wine vinegar in a small bowl.  Place steak in large plastic bag or glass dish and cover with the spices and oil mix.  Turn to coat well.

Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.  Remove steak from container or plastic bag and discard any leftover marinade.

Grill or broil steak over high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked to your desire.  Serve with sweet potato fries and slaw.
