Gringo Chicken


Ingredients:​​
  • ​​1 Tbs. Baklouti Green Chili Pepper Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups rotisserie chicken, cubed
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 Tbs. Attar Temple Mt. Taco Blend
  • 1 package Jalapeño Fusilli or the pasta of your choice
  • 1 Tsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Mexican cheese blend
  • Sour cream
  • Tortilla Chips, crushed

​​​​Directions:
​Add garlic & cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add rotisserie chicken & Taco blend & heat through, about 1 minute.

Heat Baklouti in frying pan over medium heat.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta as per package directions. Once pasta is done, drain & coat with Persian Lime oil.

Distribute the pasta to the serving dishes and top with chicken, avocado, cheese & a dollop of sour cream.

Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips & serve warm.

Serves 4 people.
