Mulled Cider
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Attar Mulling Spices
- 1 gallon Apple Cider
- Attar Cinnamon Sticks (Optional)
Directions: Cook in either a crock post or on the stove top. Put Mulled Cider Mix in a muslin bag or wrap securely with cheesecloth* and place the bag in the apple cider. Bring the spices and cider to a simmer for at least one hour. The intensity will increase the longer you leave in the spices. Ladle the cider into a heatproof mug or glass and adorn with a cinnamon stick if desired. Fresh cranberries or orange slices may be added as well for garnish. *Optional: If you don't have a muslin bag or cheesecloth, you may add the Mulled Cider Mix directly into the apple cider. You will then need to strain out the spices once the cider is finished simmering. |
