Simple Chicken Wings
Combine chicken wings, MOV olive oil, balsamic vinegar and NHHS CC’s chicken wing blend in a medium to large bowl. Mix until wings are thoroughly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
Remove wings from refrigerator ½ hour before baking.
Place wings on a foil lined sheet pan with a wire cooking rack to keep wings off pan to ensure crispness.
Place in a preheated oven set on convection at 400 degrees and cook for 35-45 minutes or until done.
