Steak Bomb


Ingredients:​​
  • 4 crimini mushrooms chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped 
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 pkgs (24oz total) shaved steak
  • Cheese of your choice
  • ​1 tbsp Attar Granite State Garlic & Pepper Blend
  • 2 tbsp Smoked Chaabani Chili Oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste 
  • 4-6 Sub rolls or portobello mushroom caps for stuffing​

​​​​Directions:

Sauté crimini mushrooms in butter and oil with a pinch of kosher salt until onions are clear.

Add peppers, garlic and another pinch of kosher salt and sauté until onions begin to brown.

Add seasoning blend and stir.

Move veggies to the side and add the meat to the pan.

Top with more kosher salt and black pepper to taste and let sit until browned on the bottom.

Flip meat and let brown again.

Mix meat and veggies together and top with cheese of your choosing.

Let sit until cheese melts in.

​Stuff into rolls or roasted portobello mushroom caps and serve.
