Pork & Rib Rub: co-pack
Our fresh house made blend of NH maple sugar, Onion, Mustard, Espresso infused Salt, Hickory Smoked Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Black Pepper and Nutmeg. This complex and deep blend really dances on the tongue. Try it as a dry rub for pork chops or roast. Mix it with a little oil, vinegar and maple syrup and you have a killer marinade or glaze. Great on chicken too!
