Herbes de Provence is a mixture of herbs commonly used in southern french cooking. Our own balanced blend includes Spanish Thyme, Summer Savory, Sweet Basil, Fennel Seed and French Lavender. This blend lends great flavour to grilled foods such as fish and meat, as well as vegetable stews. It can be added to foods before or during cooking or mixed with cooking oil prior to cooking so as to infuse the flavour into the cooked food.
