Tuscan Herb Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tsp Attar Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Attar Mixed Peppercorrns
- 3 1/2 tbsp Attar Tuscan Herb Blend
- Attar Roasted Garlic Sea Salt (finishing salt)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Peel sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/2" fry-size lengths. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, Tuscan Herb Blend and Rosemary, toss in the sweet potatoes to evenly coat. Place the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan. Arrange in an even layer and roast 20-22 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with a touch of the mushroom & sage olive oil and sprinkle with roasted garlic salt to taste. |
